We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of receiving your item. The item must be in the same condition you received it in. Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds will be processed once we are back in possession of the item and can confirm the condition. Any loss or damage during the returns process is the responsibility of the buyer. Personalised and made-to-measure (sink skirt, pennant flag and vintage racket) items are non refundable. We take great care to ensure all items are described and photographed accurately. We also ensure all items are packed with the correct protection. We currently only ship to the UK and Ireland via our online checkout. Handmade items are limited to UK shipping only. Your item will be shipped within 5 working days of placing your order.

If an item is described as antique, it is over 100 years old. If an item is described as vintage, it is over 20 years old. Some items on my website may be described as 'preloved' or 'secondhand'. This may be when the age of the item cannot be determined, but remains beautiful and too good to pass up! Our handmade items have been handpicked by Georgia Hetherington from incredibly talented female creators. These items are not vintage (except for the personalised rackets), but are new pieces crafted by artisans.
