Returns

​

If you change your mind about your purchase, we are happy to accept returns as long as the item is returned to us in the same condition it was received. The return shipping cost is the responsibly of the customer. Should you wish to return your goods, please email georgia@houseofhetheringtons.co.uk and we will organise a return for you. Once we are in receipt of the return, a refund will be generated, to the original payment method, less the original and return shipping fees. 

 

Breakages

 

We take extra care to package your vintage items properly, to ensure they are best protected. If you receive your item and it is damaged, please send photos to georgia@houseofhetheringtons.co.uk and we will be more than happy to refund your order and original shipping fees. 

Signs of age and wear

 

All items we sell are vintage or preloved. Therefore, it is important to expect appropriate signs of age and wear on all items. We will always do our best to photograph any significant signs of wear or age, as well as state this in the product description. Due to the nature of the items we sell, we will not issue refunds for signs of age and wear where previously stated, unless the return shipping is covered at the customers expense.
