A beautifully characterful vintage mallard duck figurine, hand-painted in wonderfully muted natural tones. The duck features a deep teal-green head, soft grey and cream plumage with darker feather detailing, and a subtle flash of warm rust across the wing.

With its charmingly stylised form and beautifully weathered finish, it has a lovely country-house, lakeside feel and would make a gorgeous decorative addition to a shelf, console or coffee table. A particularly lovely piece for a country-inspired interior or children's bedroom.

The underside retains its original Liberty London sticker, adding an extra touch of provenance and collectable appeal.

Please note the head of this duck has been glued back on by a previous owner, It does not effect it as a decorative item and is only noticeable up close. See pictures. Reflected in price.
